Red cabbage with orange
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: red cabbage, orange (scrubbered), olive oil, red onions (in half rings), red wine (smooth and round) and raisins (bag 500 g).

Cut the half red cabbage in half lengthwise, remove the white core and cut into thin slices. Grate the orange zest of the orange and squeeze out the fruit.

Heat the oil in a wok. Fry the coals and the onion for 5 minutes on a high heat. Add the grater, the juice, the wine and the raisins. Stir fry for 4 minutes on a high heat. Season with salt and pepper.
