Indian meatballs with soy sauce and vegetable sauce

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.

Put the minced meat in a bowl and knead in the soy sauce, the seroendeng and the sambal.

Shape balls. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the balls in brown for 5 minutes.

Add the ketjapmarinadeen the coconut milk and let it cook for 10 minutes on low heat in the sauce.

Add the rest of the vegetables from the packages, crumble the chicken stock cube above it, set the heat high and stir fry 3 min.

Add the rice and cook for 1 min. Sprinkle the fried vegetable list with the seroendeng and serve with the balls.
