Indian meatballs with soy sauce and vegetable sauce


Meatballs with soy sauce, coconut milk and ginger and fried rice.

Directions

  1. Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Put the minced meat in a bowl and knead in the soy sauce, the seroendeng and the sambal.
  3. Shape balls. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the balls in brown for 5 minutes.

  8. Add the rice and cook for 1 min. Sprinkle the fried vegetable list with the seroendeng and serve with the balls.
