Directions

  1. Heat the oil and fry the meat cubes around golden brown.
  2. Add the onions, garlic and ginger and fry for about 2 minutes.
  3. Mix in the ketjapmarinadeen lemon juice and roast gently with a lid on the pan for 50-60 minutes.
  4. Roast the sesame seeds in a dry hot frying pan and sprinkle over the dish before serving.
  5. Delicious with white rice and a cucumber salad.
