Preheat the oven to 180 ºC.

Slice the onion and garlic. Bake the minced meat in a non-stick pan. Add the onion and garlic and cook for 5 minutes.

Add the tomatoes, make them fine and stir everything well. Season with salt and pepper.

Heat the margarine in a pan and sprinkle the flour. Then add the milk for a dash of milk and keep stirring to create a sauce.

Grease the oven dish. Pour a small layer of sauce into the oven dish. Place alternately the lasagne sheets, minced meat mixture and sauce.

Repeat until everything is almost finished. Finish with a layer of sauce. Sprinkle the cheese over it and bake the lasagna in the oven for about 35 minutes until done.
