Tomato coconut soup
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, sunflower oil, chicken breast in cubes (about 350 g), Thai vegetable mix (400 g), basic soup tomato (1 liter), Thai red curry paste (pot a 225 g), coconut milk (a 400 ml ) and brown baguette.

Heat oil in deep pan.

Chicken fillet in about 4 minutes brown.

Add vegetable mix and roast for approx.

4 minutes.

Add soup, curry paste and coconut milk and bring soup to the boil.

Cook for 1 minute.

Season with salt and pepper.

Serve with baguette..
