Italian vegetable soup with mushrooms
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian starter contains the following ingredients: olive oil, fresh basil (finely chopped), chestnut mushrooms (in quarters), Italian (wok vegetables), mushroom bouillon and crushed chili (pepper (mill)).

Mix 2 tbsp oil with the basil and let it stand for a moment.

Heat the remaining tablespoon of oil in a pan and fry the mushrooms gently for 3 minutes. Spoon the vegetables through the mushrooms and stir fry everything on high heat for 2 minutes.

Add 800 ml of water with the 1 1/2 broth tablet and bring everything to the boil. Cook the soup gently for 3 minutes. Season the soup with salt and chili pepper.

Divide the soup over 4 plates or bowls and drop the basil oil in it.
