Ingredients
Directions
-
Roast the oatmeal with the fennel seed and the coconut flakes in a frying pan over medium heat until they are golden brown and smell delicious.
-
Hingle them regularly.
-
Put the roasted oatmeal mix in a bowl and put the yogurt on it.
-
Put the pan back on the fire, put the blueberries in with the big splash of water.
-
Let the berries boil for a few minutes until they burst open and you have a pourable sauce, and scoop the whole on the yogurt.
-
Cut off one of the cheeks of the mango and carve the pulp crosswise.
-
Do not cut too deep, so that the blocks, when you push the shell inside out, come out like a hedgehog.
-
Peel and cut the banana into slices and drizzle them as well as the mango with a pinch of lime juice.
-
Put the banana and the mango hedgehog in the bowl and go straight to the table.
