Jamie olivers roasted oatmeal with mango, blueberries and yogurt

Roast the oatmeal with the fennel seed and the coconut flakes in a frying pan over medium heat until they are golden brown and smell delicious.

Hingle them regularly.

Put the roasted oatmeal mix in a bowl and put the yogurt on it.

Put the pan back on the fire, put the blueberries in with the big splash of water.

Let the berries boil for a few minutes until they burst open and you have a pourable sauce, and scoop the whole on the yogurt.

Cut off one of the cheeks of the mango and carve the pulp crosswise.

Do not cut too deep, so that the blocks, when you push the shell inside out, come out like a hedgehog.

Peel and cut the banana into slices and drizzle them as well as the mango with a pinch of lime juice.

Put the banana and the mango hedgehog in the bowl and go straight to the table.
