Japanese chicken skewers with sesame seeds
A nice Japanese recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: poultry, chicken fillet (diced), spring onions (3 pieces), in 2 cm pieces), Japanese soy sauce, medium drysherry, sugar, orange (scrubbed), sesame seeds and sesame oil.

Light the barbecue.

Baste 3 diced chicken and 2 pieces of spring on each satay stick.

In a saucepan, bring the soy sauce, sherry and sugar to the boil and stir until the sugar is dissolved.

Remove the pan from the heat.

Grate the orange zest of the orange.

Heat a skillet without oil or butter and toast the sesame seeds until they are golden brown.

Stamp in a mortar or bowl the sesame seeds, 2 tsp orange zest and pepper.

Brush the skewers with oil and roast them in approx.

Brown and cooked.

Dip the skewers in the soy sauce mixture and grill for 1 min.

Repeat 2-3 times until the skewers are covered with a dark layer.

Place on a flat dish and sprinkle with the sesame seed mixture.

Serve immediately..
