Extra requirements: food processor.

Put the kale in a colander and pour 1 liter of boiling water over it.

Hose and let the kale drain well and cool completely.

In the meantime, rinse the chickpeas or lentils in a colander under cold running water and allow to drain well.

Put the chickpeas or lentils with the oatmeal and the orange peel in the food processor and mix everything into a solid puree.

Mix the puree with salt and pepper through the kale.
