Transfer the kale to a colander and pour 1 liter of boiling water over it, so that the leaves shrink, but remain green. Let the kale drain well.

Grind the pieces of bread and hazelnuts into a crumbly mixture in the food processor. Add the kale, grated cheese and 3-4 tablespoons of egg. Mix everything until it becomes sticky. Add more egg if the mixture is too dry.
