Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 220ºC. Thread the chicken on the skewers and put them on a baking tray. Sprinkle with (coarse) salt and fry the chicken skewers high in the oven for about 15 minutes on both sides.
  2. Heat the tortillas in a frying pan and cut them into pieces. Serve the skewers with the flat bread.
