Using a spoon, spoon the flesh out of the avocado and cut it into small cubes. Mix with the olive oil, lime juice and red pepper.

Season with salt and possibly pepper. Cut the lettuce into fine strips.

Heat the sunflower oil in a frying pan. In the meantime, cut or cut 2 circles from the tortilla wrap using a large glass.

Fry them briefly alternately in the oil and drain on kitchen paper. Put the warm tartines on plates and distribute the small strips over it.

Scoop the avocado salsa on top and sprinkle with the poppy seeds. Garnish with the coriander.
