Kiwis with fruit salad and vanilla pudding
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian brunch contains the following ingredients: kiwis, raspberries, caster sugar, almond shavings and vanilla pudding.

Cut the kiwis horizontally in half and hollow them out with a spoon.

Cut the flesh into pieces and mix it with the raspberries and sugar.

Divide the mixture over the hollowed out kiwis.

Roast the almonds in a dry frying pan until golden brown and let cool.

On each filled kiwi, spoon a dash of vanilla cheese and sprinkle with the almond shavings.

Serve immediately..
