Directions

  1. Stir the butter creamy with the electric mixer and add in parts the flour and a pinch of salt.

  5. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Brush the dough with egg yolk and sprinkle with a little sugar if necessary. Fill the dough with a pair of scissors and fry the brioche until golden brown and cooked in the oven for about 20 minutes.
  6. Allow to cool to lukewarm and serve with jam and butter.
