Stir the butter creamy with the electric mixer and add in parts the flour and a pinch of salt.

Stir in the milk with the yeast and sugar and pour it into the dough.

Beat the eggs one by one to a smooth dough. Place the dough in the dish and cover for approx. 30 minutes. Knead again and divide the dough into 4 equal portions.

Dust the dishes or muffin cups with flour. Put the bread roll dough in it and let it rise again for about 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Brush the dough with egg yolk and sprinkle with a little sugar if necessary. Fill the dough with a pair of scissors and fry the brioche until golden brown and cooked in the oven for about 20 minutes.

Allow to cool to lukewarm and serve with jam and butter.
