Directions

  1. Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Cut the stalk of the red pepper from the nasi-bamigroente. Halve the pepper in the length and remove the seed lists with a sharp knife. Cut the flesh into strips. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry the red pepper for 1 min. Add the bell pepper and cook for 2 min. Add the fried rice noodle and cook for another 3 minutes. Add the tomatoes and stir-fry sauce and heat on low heat for 3 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, heat the rest of the oil to 180 ° C in a large pan, check this with a kitchen thermometer. Put the tempura mix in a bowl and add 200 ml of ice cold water. Beat quickly with a fork to a batter, there may still be lumps in it.
  3. Take the meat through the batter and bake in 2 portions in 5 min. Golden brown and cooked in the oil. Take them out with a slotted spoon and drain on kitchen paper. Divide the rice, vegetables and meat over 4 plates or bowls.
