Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 250 ° C.
  2. Dab the lamb chops dry, sprinkle with salt and pepper and let them come to temperature.
  3. Cut the tomatoes into thick slices and the garlic very finely.
  4. Heat the oil in a frying pan with non-stick coating and fry the meat over a high heat in 1 min. Brown on both sides.
