Directions

  1. Heat the oil and fry the onion and garlic for about 2 minutes. Add the cumin, cinnamon, paprika and chili powder.
  2. Spoon the peeled tomatoes, chocolate, pumpkin cubes, peppers and about 250 ml water into the pan and simmer for about 20 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, rub the sour cream with the flesh of the avocado, lime juice, salt and pepper.
  4. Add the kidney beans and lentils to the chili, season with salt and pepper and warm for about 10 minutes.
  5. Serve the chili with the creamy avocado and sprinkle with the coriander.
