Lamb-cucumber skewer
A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: meat, lamb fillet (patties), lemon, oil, cumin (djinten), garlic and cucumber.

Cut 2 lamb fillet patties into dice.

Squeeze 1/2 lemon and stir in the juice with 2 tbsp oil, 1/2 tb cumin and a squeezed clove of garlic.

Allow the meat to marinate for half an hour, then baste with 4 large pieces of cucumber, sprinkling with salt and (freshly ground) pepper to taste.

Roast them in 8 minutes until done..
