A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, Grand'Italia lasagne sheets and Inspired Dining Classic white wine sauce.

Directions

  1. Cutting carrots from turnip greens. Cleaning the turnip tops and coarse cutting. Leeks wash, clean and cut into thin rings.
  2. Bring to a boil in a generous pan of water and simmer lasagna sheets in 8 to 10 minutes, using spatula to prevent sheets from sticking together.
  3. Meanwhile, heat in pan butter. leeks gently for about 5 minutes. In the meantime, pickle stalks boil for about 3 minutes with little water.
  4. Warm the white wine sauce according to the instructions. Preheat four plates. Drain stalks in colander and drain out as much moisture as possible.
  5. Taking turnip stalks in parts by leek. Season with salt and pepper. Drain lasagne sheets in colander and place on hot plates.
