Dab the mozzarella bread roll dry and cut into slices.

Do this with the tomatoes.

Fry the minced meat in a frying pan until some fat is released, then turn up the heat and fry the minced meat.

Divide about a third of the sauce and put one third of the mozzarella slices on top.

Sprinkle some salt and pepper over the mozzarella and tomato and drizzle the olive oil over it.

Put the dish in the oven and fry the lasagne in 25-30 minutes until done.
