Directions

  1. Wash the peppers and cut them in half from top to bottom. Remove the white wires with the seeds (those are the seeds).
  2. Drain the pineapple slices in a sieve and cut into small pieces. Let the Mexican vegetables also leak out.
  3. Spoon the pineapple, vegetables and ham cubes together and stir in the exotic sauce. Fill the pepper halves with the mixture.
