Tagliatelle with lemon and dutch shrimps
Italian tagliatelle with lemon, dill, haricots verts, garden peas, sour cream and Dutch shrimps

Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package.

Meanwhile cut the shallots into thin rings. Cut the dill finely.

Grate the yellow skin of the lemon and press 1 half. Remove the stem set from the haricots verts.

Melt the butter in a frying pan and fry the shallot for 3 min.

Mix the lemon zest and 2 tbsp lemon juice with the sour cream and 2/3 of the dill. Season with pepper and salt.

Add the haricots verts with the garden peas to the shallot and fry for 8 minutes on medium heat. Add pepper and possibly salt. Change regularly.

Spoon the pasta and dill sauce through the vegetables. Sprinkle with the shrimp and the rest of the dill. Serve immediately. Bon appétit! .
