Mushroom patty

A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: crumbly potato, butter, flour, mushroom seasonal melange ((150 g), in pieces), oyster mushrooms ((150 g), in pieces), zucchini (coarsely grated), forest mushroom broth (from tablet), cream butter puff pastry ((frozen), thawed) and egg (beaten).

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Peel the potato and cut into cubes. Boil in water with salt for 5 minutes. Drain and keep separate.
  2. Melt 25 g of butter in a saucepan, add the flour and cook for 5 minutes on low heat (roux). Stir frequently. In the meantime, heat the remaining butter in a skillet and fry the mushrooms, oyster mushrooms and zucchini for 5 minutes on medium heat.
  3. Add the stock to the roux and stir over a low heat to a thick sauce. Add to the vegetables and pour the potato through. Season with salt and pepper and spread over the oven dishes. Cover with a slice of puff pastry. Push the edges with a fork. Brush the puff pastry with the egg and bake the patties for about 20 minutes in the oven.
