Lentil stew with bacon
A tasty French recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, bacon (meat products), leeks (in rings), carrots julienne (150 g), celery (in slices), lentils (400 g), sharp mustard, tomatoes (in pieces) and dried Provençal herbs.

Fry slices of bacon over medium heat and brown in frying pan.

Place bacon on kitchen paper.

In the remaining bacon fat leeks, carrots and celery, stir-fry for 3 minutes.

Prepare lentils with liquid, mustard, tomatoes and herbs.

Add water and salt and pepper to taste.
