Oriental meatballs
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, pink shrimps, spring onions, half-to-half-minced, fresh ginger root (grated), Chinese cabbage (in thin strips), medium dry sherry, cornstarch, oil, chicken broth and soy sauce.

Cut the prawns and the spring onions fine and mix them with the minced meat, the ginger, cornstarch and salt and pepper to taste.

Knead the minced meat well and wipe 12 small balls with damp hands.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the meatballs on high heat around brown.

Spoon the balls on a plate and keep them warm.

Scoop the Chinese cabbages through the shortening and add the chicken broth, sherry and soy sauce.

Bring the whole to the boil and let the coals shrink.

Place the meatballs on the Chinese cabbages and let them cook for 15 minutes on low heat.
