Ingredients
Directions
-
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
-
Grease the oven dishes with the oil and sprinkle the inside of the dishes with the cocoa.
-
Chop the chocolate coarsely and heat together with the butter in a bowl over a pan of boiling water (au-bain marie).
-
Mix the flour with the sugar. Split ⅔ of the eggs and beat the egg yolks with the whole egg. The two proteins are not used.
-
Mix the flour and eggs quickly with a spatula through the chocolate.
-
Distribute over the dishes.
-
Using 2 tablespoons, put 1 tbsp peanut butter in each dish. Push down a bit so that the peanut butter is barely visible.

Put the dishes in the oven for 14 minutes. Leave for 1 min.
-
Turn the (hot!) Containers carefully on plates. Serve immediately.
