Leek dish with cheese sauce
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, mashed potatoes (750 g, frozen), leeks, cream sauce (46 g), Gouda cheese (ground aged 48 (175 g)), gold salami (meat products and packet of 75 g).

Bring water to a boil in a pan. Cut the leek into pieces of 6 cm, boil for 5 minutes in the boiling water, let them drain in a colander and cool slightly. Halve the pieces of leek.

In the meantime prepare the sauce according to the instructions on the package and stir in about 125 g of the ground cheese. Wrap each leek in 1-2 slices of salami and place on the mashed potatoes. Pour the cheese sauce over the pre-rolls. Fry the leek dish for 20-25 minutes in the oven or until the sauce is golden brown.
