Cook the potatoes according to the instructions. Cut the basil into strips.

Heat the butter in a pan and gently fry the leek for 10 minutes.

Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the vegetable burgers in 6 min. Until done.

Add the magor and milk to the leek and let it melt. Season with salt and pepper.

Mash the potatoes and mix the pre-mix with basil through it. Let the stew warm up and then serve with the vegetable burgers.
