                            Leek with cheese
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: potatoes (Pommes Primeur (bag 1.5 kilos) in parts), olive oil, onion ((red) in half rings), Grandma's pan of leeks (90 g), leeks (in thick pieces), Parisian carrots (300 g) and Gouda cheese (matured in cubes).

                                Cook the potato wedges for 10 minutes, let them drain. Fry them with the onion in a frying pan or frying pan in the olive oil for 5 minutes.

                                Stir the mix for 'Grandma's pan' with 350 ml water, pour it into the pan with the potatoes. Add the pieces of leeks and Parisian carrots and bring to the boil while stirring. Place a lid diagonally on the pan and simmer for another 10 minutes. In the end, scoop the cheese cubes and serve immediately.
