Lemon coconut chicken and green beans
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, oil, chicken legs (without back piece (1 kg)), onions (in parts), coconut milk (200 ml), lemon (cleaned), basmati rice (pack 400 g) and green beans.

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Sprinkle the chicken legs with salt and pepper and bake them in brown for 8 minutes. Remove from the pan and fry the onion for 2 minutes in the shortening.

Place the chicken legs with the onion in the baking dish and add coconut milk. Grate the yellow skin of the lemon over it. Squeeze out the fruit and keep the juice separate.

Fry the chicken in the oven for about 35 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the rice according to the instructions on the package. Remove the stalk and the tip of the green beans and cook for 8 minutes until al dente. Drain and sprinkle to taste with lemon juice.

Divide the rice and green beans over 4 plates. Put a chicken leg on it. Stir in the coconut sauce and scoop over the chicken. Tasty with coriander.
