Pasta with Broccoli and Chicken
Italian pasta with broccoli, chicken breast, cream cheese.

Divide the broccoli into florets and cut the stump into pieces.

Boil in a pan with plenty of boiling water and salt the penne according to the instructions.

Steam the broccoli in a steamer or covered in a steam basket over a layer of boiling water in 5 minutes until al dente.

Cut the chicken fillets into cubes and sprinkle with pepper, salt and Italian herbs.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken cubes around brown. Turn down the heat and fry the chicken for another 3 minutes.

Add the cream cheese and a dash of pasta water and let it bind to a creamy sauce.

Drain the penne and scoop with the broccoli through the chicken sauce. Season with salt and pepper.

Cut the olives into rings. Spread the pasta with sauce over the plates and sprinkle with the olives.
