Keep the cutlets well flat between a sheet of cling film. Sprinkle them with salt, pepper and thyme on both sides and sprinkle with flour.

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Heat half of the butter and fry the cutlets on high setting in a short time on both sides brown. Take them out of the pan and place them in a wide oven dish.

Divide the camembert, honey and almonds over it. Fry the cutlets in the oven for about 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, stir up the baking in the pan. Pour in the wine and let this reduce to a medium height in about 5 minutes.
