Bring the soup with the water to the boil while stirring with a whisk.

In the meantime, cut the onion coarsely and the leaves of the celery into strips.

Add the onion, soup vegetable and potato wedges to the soup and bring to the boil.

Turn down the heat and let the soup boil gently for 10 minutes without lid on the pan.

In the meantime, heat the butter in a frying pan. Bake the bacon strips in 5 minutes brown. Put the celery through.

Sprinkle the soup with the bacon-celery mixture and serve with the rye bread.
