Lemon paste with roasted salmon
A delicious Italian recipe for lemon paste with roasted salmon.

Cook the pasta al dente.

Grate 1 tablespoon of lemon zest and press the fruits.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a wok or skillet and fry the onion and garlic. Add the zucchini and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

Spoon the lemon zest, half of the juice, the rest of the olive oil and pepper and salt through it.

Brush the salmon with the stir frying oil. Roast them 2-3 minutes per side, depending on the thickness, in a grill pan or non-stick frying pan.

Spoon the poured pasta with the rest of the olive oil through the lemon-zucchini mixture and warm well.

Serve the salmon on a bed of lemon paste sprinkled with the Italian herbs.
