A delicious Italian recipe for lemon paste with roasted salmon.

Directions

  1. Cook the pasta al dente.
  2. Grate 1 tablespoon of lemon zest and press the fruits.
  3. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a wok or skillet and fry the onion and garlic. Add the zucchini and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  4. Spoon the lemon zest, half of the juice, the rest of the olive oil and pepper and salt through it.
  5. Brush the salmon with the stir frying oil. Roast them 2-3 minutes per side, depending on the thickness, in a grill pan or non-stick frying pan.
  6. Spoon the poured pasta with the rest of the olive oil through the lemon-zucchini mixture and warm well.
  7. Serve the salmon on a bed of lemon paste sprinkled with the Italian herbs.
