Lemon rice
A nice Indian recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: basmati rice (pack 400 g), lemon (scrubbed), fresh ginger, sunflower oil, cardamom powder, cinnamon stick and cloves.

Boil the basmati rice according to the instructions on the package.

Grate the zest of the lemon and press.

Peel the ginger and cut finely.

Heat the sunflower oil.

Add cardamom powder, cinnamon stick, cloves, lemon zest and ginger.

Stir-fry on high heat 1 min.

Mix in lemon juice and rice.
