Mediterranean artichoke salad with dried tomatoes
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: extra virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic (pressed), dried oregano, (freshly ground) four seasons pepper, artichoke hearts ((a 400 g), drained), red onion (in thin rings) and dried tomatoes on oil (in thin strips).
