Lemonade syrup from fresh fruit
Syrup of red berries and lemongrass.

Directions

Remove the bottom piece and the hard leaves of the lemongrass and cut finely.

Ris the berries from the twigs and put together with the sugar, lemongrass and water in a pan. Bring to boil.

Let it boil gently for 30 minutes and crush the berries with a ladle. Remove the pan from the heat and push the mixture with the convex side of a spoon through a ball sieve.

Pour the syrup into the bottle and allow to cool completely. Pour a layer of syrup in a glass and add water to taste.
