Directions

  1. Chop the onion. Mix the onion in a bowl with the vinegar and let stand for 10 minutes. Cut the peppers into long strips and the brie into long slices. Chop the nuts coarsely.
  2. Drain the lentils and scoop them through the onion mixture. Mix the olive oil, capers, pepper bars, salt and freshly ground pepper.
  3. Divide the young leaf lettuce over plates and spoon the lentil salad on it. Place the brie on the lentils and sprinkle the nuts over it.
