Lettuce-herb salad
A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: cabbage lettuce, red onion (in half rings), heart cucumber (in slices), chives ((a 25 g), finely chopped), flat parsley ((20 g), coarsely cut), mustard, honey, white wine vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, thyme (only the leaves) and soft goat cheese (natural (55)).

Remove the leaves from the lettuce. Wash and dry them and tear the large leaves smaller. Put the lettuce with the onion, cucumber, chives and parsley in a bowl.

Beat a dressing of the mustard, honey, vinegar, oil and thyme. Season with salt and pepper.

Crumble the goat's cheese over the salad. Pour the dressing over it. Spoon the salad and serve.
