Lettuce stew with grill sausage

Peel the potatoes with a peeler and cut into two cm cubes.

In a large pan, bring a layer of three cm of water with a little salt to the boil.

Add the potato cubes and cook in a maximum of 15 minutes.

Slice the grilled sausage into slices.

Bake the slices of sausage in the grill pan until they have nice brown stripes, turn them halfway.

Meanwhile, wash the iceberg lettuce and cut the crop into quarters.

Cut the parts of lettuce into strips of two cm wide.

Cut the cheese into cubes.

Place the slices of grill sausage on a plate and divide the snoepto into the grill pan.

Warm the stew well for a while and scoop the cheese cubes through.

Add salt and pepper to taste.
