Lukewarm french tuna salad
A tasty French recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, olive oil, spiced A-parts in peel (potatoes, a 425 g), garlic (in slices), green beans (cleaned), eggs, tuna naturel (160 g), red onions (in half rings) and balsamic dressing.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the potato slices golden brown and cooked in about 15 minutes, add the slices of garlic the last minute and scoop the potato slices. Boil the green beans in boiling water for 8 minutes, let them drain in a colander. Boil the eggs for about 6 minutes, let them scare, peel and halve them. Divide the tuna into beautiful pieces.

Mix the warm beans with the baked potatoes, the onion and the dressing. Garnish the salad with the pieces of tuna and half the eggs. Sprinkle with some (coarse sea) salt.
