                                Cut 2 hard-boiled eggs into cubes.
 - 
                                Fry 125 g bacon strips gently crispy brown.
 - 
                                Drain on kitchen paper, keep the bacon fat.
 - 
                                Grate the skin of a 1/2 scrubbed lemon and squeeze out the fruit.
 - 
                                Beat in a wide bowl the juice with the grater, the bacon fat and 5 tbsp mayonnaise into a dressing, season with salt and pepper.
 - 
                                Wash and dry the leaves of 1 large head of lettuce and tear into pieces.
 - 
                                Mix the dressing with the lettuce.
 - 
                                Sprinkle with bacon and egg..
