Lettuce with tomato dressing and croutons
A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: fish, eggs, tomatoes, garlic (coarsely chopped), anchovy fillets (coarsely chopped), olive oil, red wine vinegar, cabbage lettuce, onion (in thin rings) and lettuce (croutons natural (a 120 g)) .

Boil the eggs almost hard in 6-8 minutes.

Rinse them with cold water and allow the eggs to cool.

Peel the eggs and cut into wedges.

Cross the tomatoes on top and immerse them briefly in boiling water until the skins release.

Remove the tomatoes and remove the seeds.

Puree the tomatoes with a hand blender or in a food processor with the garlic and anchovies.

Gradually mix in the oil and vinegar until a thick dressing is formed.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Wash the lettuce, tear the leaves into coarse pieces and mix them in a bowl with the tomato dressing.
