Stir in the butter with sugar, vanilla sugar and a little salt. Mix in the egg and milk. Sift the flour over a bowl.

Add the baking flour little by little to the butter mixture and knead with the candy sugar into dough. Shape bread rolls from the dough.

Grease the waffle iron and let it heat up (at medium temperature). Place a dough ball in the middle of the waffle maker and close it.

Bake the waffle in approx. 1 ½ min. Brown. Bake the rest of the waffles in the same way. Grease the iron with oil.
