Lime dish with cashew nuts
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, turkey breast (approx. 200 g), Cashew Chicken (chicken with cashews a 268 g), oyster mushrooms (150 g), sunflower oil, green beans (frozen pack a 450 g), spring onions (3 pieces) ), atjar (a 350 ml) and prawn cracker (60 g).

Cut turkey fillet into thin strips.

Mixing strips with herb mix (out of box).

Clean oyster mushrooms and cut into strips.

Cooking noodles (out of box) according to instructions.

Heat up wok oil and turkey in about 4 minutes.

Add oyster mushrooms and bake for about 2 minutes.

Add soy sauce mix (out of box), green beans and 300 ml of water.

Boil gently for approx.
-
3 minutes.

Add cashew nuts (out of box) last minute.

Clean the forest onions, cut into rings and sprinkle on the lime dish.

Noodles, atjar and krupuk serve separately..
