Lime shrimp with aioli
A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, tiger prawns ((500 g, frozen), thawed), limes (cleaned), olive oil, garlic (pressed) and mayonnaise (with lemon (jar 350 ml)).

Put the shrimp in a bowl. Grate the green skin of the limes above it. Squeeze out the fruits and keep the juice separate. Sprinkle the shrimp with the oil and add 2 cloves of garlic. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

Heat a stir-fry stir-fry the shrimp with marinade approx. 5 min. Remove from the heat and drizzle with lime juice to taste.

For the aioli, mix the last toe of garlic with the mayonnaise. Divide the shrimp over 6 trays or paper bags. Give the aioli separately.
