Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 140ºC.
  2. Line the bowls crosswise with 2 slices of ham per bowl. Put the ham pieces in the oven and let them turn crispy for 35-45 minutes. This can possibly be a day in advance.
  3. Mix the ingredients for the mango salsa.
  4. Carefully remove the crunchy hambakjes from the molds and put them on a bed of lettuce on a plate.
  5. Spoon a little salsa in it and spread the chicken strips over it. Garnish possibly with a tuft of alfalfa.
