Linguine with smoked salmon and lemon
A tasty Italian recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, lemon (scrubbed), crème fraîche, fresh chives (finely chopped some sprits), linguine (pasta) and warm smoked salmon cubes.

Grate the yellow skin thinly from the lemon. Mix the crème fraîche with the lemon zest and half of the chives. Season with salt and pepper.

Cook the linguine according to the instructions on the package. Drain the linguine and turn a portion around a fork 4 times. Place each twisted portion of linguine of the fork in a warm dish.

In the middle, spoon a generous spoon of crème fraîche and a spoonful of smoked salmon. Grind a little pepper and garnish with the sprits chives.
