Remove the crowns from the strawberries and poke a lollipop stick in each strawberry on the spot of the crown.

Melt the pure and milk chocolate in 2 separate containers in the microwave at low power, or while stirring on very low heat.

Stop as soon as the chocolate has melted, otherwise it will start to separate.

Sprinkle some nougatine in 8 holes of the ice cube tray.

Put a spoonful of melted milk chocolate over the nougatine in each compartment.

Put the strawberry in there with a stick and fill it up with the melted dark chocolate.

Let the lollies harden in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
