Tiramisu with summer fruit
A tasty Italian recipe. The dessert contains the following ingredients: medium-sized egg.

Ingredients
- 4 medium sized egg
- 75 g granulated sugar
- 500 g mascarpone container of 250 g
- 1 business suit long fingers pack 175 g
- 125 ml redcurrant juice bottle of 250 ml
- 50 g chocolate extra pure 72% tablet of 100g
- 500 g summer fruit choice: eg strawberries, blackberries, raspberries or red currants

Split the eggs, beat the egg yolks and sugar with a mixer in a bowl in 5 min. Until a light yellow cream. The proteins are not used.

Beat in a different bowl the mascarpone with the mixer and scoop the egg cream through it.

Divide half of the long fingers over the bottom of the dish. Pour half of the berry juice over it.

Put half of the mascarpone mixture on it. Grate half of the chocolate over it.

Dip the rest of the long fingers briefly into the rest of the berry juice and spread them over the chocolate.

Spread the rest of the mascarpone mixture over it and grate the rest of the chocolate over it.

Put covered in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Divide the fruit over the tiramisu and serve.
